Even though i slept for 8 hours last night, it felt like i didn't sleep at all. I've been having bad quality of sleep for the past week. Bad quality of sleep = 2 hour nap in the afternoon. I dont know what happened to me. I used to be SO PRODUCTIVE in the afternoon, but now i work best at night 2-5am..which I HATE.
Goal of the month: to fix my schedule.
